• Bids for Front Entrance Sign

  Attached are the current list of bids for the replacement of the front entrance signs. We are trying to get more bids to make sure that we have the most competitive pricing for the work. Currently, the lowest bid is HK Fabrication who is a local sign maker about a mile from our neighborhood. His name is Harrison Churchman and he also owns Cool Breeze Balloons (the hot air balloons you might have seen flying lately). I am still waiting on the quote from Signs by Lighting Maintenance off of Racetrack Road. If anyone knows of any other sign companies willing to bid, then please let one of us know.

• Slow down in the neighborhood

  The speed limit is 25 MPH and we have some people driving through at 40+ MPH. There are children and pets at risk. Please slow down.

• Landscaping Update – Common Areas

  Thank you to all of the neighbors that contributed the requested amount and a special thank you to those neighbors that paid extra to cover their neighbors that refused to participate in keeping our neighborhood beautiful. We have paid our landscape dues in full for the 2026 year. If you would like to start making payments in advance for the 2027 year, you are able to do so in the Resident Services section. Thank you again to all of our good neighbors!
